Lead Animator - Funomena
August 2014 - August 2019
  • Developed the 3D look and feel of Wattam alongside the game director. Contributions included modeling, lighting, texturing, rigging, and animation.
  • Created character models and designs alongside the game director and one other 3D artist to develop a cast of over 100 characters.
  • Managed myself and one other animator to create over 1500 unique in-game animations, shared among over 100 characters.
  • Created and maintained animation controllers for 80 characters using 5 base controllers each including at least 120 animation states.
  • Collaborated with engineers to develop design, art, and animation tools to give artists more control over many aspects of the games look and feel.

Animator - Aesthetic Games

  • Worked as animator and rigging artist to create over 130 in-game animations, 4 cinematic shots, and rig more than 5 different character meshes for an independent video game project in UDK.
  • Transferred animation content created for UDK build to UE4.

  • Created in-game loops using strictly hand-keyed animation for a 3rd person shooter/platformer character controller.
  • Worked with lead developer to make the character controller robust and reliable for a Unity Asset Store package.

  • Created rig and detailed animations of an instructor avatar lunging for use in pre-visualization of a physical therapy game using Kinect.

Animator - Spacejunk Media
September 2013 - October 2013
  • Created rigs and animation cycles for use in Magic: The Gathering's Born of the Gods trailer. Worked closely with art director and lead animator to ensure 3D character animations fit with the style of the trailers traditional animated card arts look.

Animator - Mountainwheel Games
August 2012 - September 2013
  • Created highly detailed bipedal animations for the playable human classes of the game Stone Rage. Exported animations for use in CryENGINE 3 and implemented animations using the animgraph. Created varied LMG animations, cycles, and combat animations for each character to allow for a unique visual experience for each class.

Animator - Danoweb Studios
August 2011 - November 2012
  • Created rigs capable of complex hydraulic driven animations. Animated walk/drive cycles for each vehicle and set up joints for controls to be applied in engine. Helped establish an art pipeline and workflow for future assets being implemented into Unity.

3D Artist/Animator - Parabox LLC
June 2011 - August 2012
  • Developed a 3D asset production pipeline to create games for iOS release. Created 3D assets, rigs, and animation along with a small team of artists. Optimized workflow for a mobile platform.

Animator - Tako Games

  • Responsible for rigging and animating pop-up book pages for an interactive pop-up book for the iPad. Used Autodesk Maya to create basic bone based rigs and skinned the pages of the book and created simple controls for animation.
